Info Terminals

Announcements of events and information for members of the university and guests can be displayed on large monitors, especially in the entrance area of the buildings, at a defined time. The info terminals provide a flexible alternative to posters and billboards and are mainly used in new buildings.

Texts, pictures, slides and animations can be displayed, which are arranged in a certain layout. Display durations and sequences are configured for these elements, which control the course of the presentation on the corresponding monitor.

The University Computer Center provides an editorial system for the info terminals, which can be used on the workstation computer via a web browser. This enables employees responsible for providing announcements and information to upload media, compile layouts for the display on the monitors and determine the time span for displaying the information.
