Residence law questions and questions about the course of studies
If you have residence law questions for yourself or your family members, we recommend that you check the websites of the district (“Landkreis Marburg-Biedenkopf”), the Hessian government, and the federal. For first advice and support, please contact the International Office (incomings@uni-marburg.de).
International Exchange
The Philipps University pauses all activities connected with direct or indirect sponsorship of state institutions and business enterprises in Russia or Belarus. This concerns not only direct research cooperation with partner institutions there, but any form of joint scientific and cultural programs. In programs sponsored by international or national research organizations, all restrictions of the sponsors are considered. All study grant programs for the stay in Russia or Belarus will be suspended or already approved grants will be withdrawn. Cancellation costs incurred due to necessary commitments in reliance on the awarded scholarship may be settled under the regulations of the scholarship program.
