Guided City Tour in Marburg

Long-established as well as new members of the University of Marburg will get an original look at the city of Marburg and its university in the guided tour "Naturwissen-schaf(f)t Erkenntnis" (in English). Our tour guide will take us on a search for traces of trailblazing scientific discoveries and findings of University of Marburg’s scientists from various disciplines. We will learn about progress in medicine as well as a world-changing discovery that was mocked in the academia at its first announcement in the early 20th century.
