Do you also believe that studying becomes easier when people give each other tips? You're new here at the university and feel a bit lost? Would you like to make new contacts and get some support? Would you like to learn more about intercultural communication processes and discover and develop new potentials?

Then MarMento is the right place for you! Become a mentee in the MarMento Program!

The program is aimed at new international students.

At MarMento, Mentors support their new fellow students from abroad (mentees) in challenges that are relevant to their studies and everyday life, thus facilitating their arrival at the university and in Marburg. The program is directly linked to participation in a study course (for mentors) or participation in accompanying workshops (for mentees).

In this way, mentees and mentors can strengthen their own intercultural skills, explore and shape the university campus and find contacts and inspiration.

Target group: Students from higher semesters as mentors. New students from abroad who spend their entire studies in Marburg as mentees.

Are you interested? You can find more information about the MarMento program here. If you have any further questions, please contact marmento@uni-marburg.de

 How can you register?

Mentees (new international degree seeking students from abroad) please complete the survey at Illias to register: https://ilias.uni-marburg.de/goto.php?target=svy_4040607&client_id=UNIMR
