Are you feeling anxious, resistant, or worried about the upcoming exam period? Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the volume of study material and the time constraints before the exam?

Join us for a 3-hour online workshop where you will have the opportunity to reflect on your own learning process. You will gain insights into your learning needs and discover your unique learning style. Based on this understanding, you will explore a variety of effective learning techniques that will help you tailor your study approach to suit your individual needs. Additionally, we will cover the complexities of the learning process in a brief theoretical segment.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
1. Describe and reflect on your learning style and needs.
2. Select from a range of learning techniques and identify those that resonate with you.
3. Explain the learning process in a fundamental way.

Pre-Workshop Assignments
1. Please bring a scientific text that you need to read for a seminar.
2. Over the two weeks leading up to the workshop, observe your learning process and take notes on the following: When do I learn? How do I feel while learning? What strategies are working well for me? What changes would I like to implement?
