Learning German
In Marburg
The Language Center of the UMR offers a German language course that can be easily combined with the regular course of studies. In order to prepare for studying in the German language, both in terms of general and discipline-specific language, we recommend the Studienkolleg Mittelhessen. This preparatory college culminates in the DSH exam (“Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang“), the successful completion of which is a prerequisite for university admission into study programs taught in the German language.
