You can find us at Biegenstraße 12, which is the administration building behind the registrar's office, on the ground floor. The main entrance (red triangle) can only be accessed by stairs. Access for people with impairments is possible from the back of the building (blue circle) with elevators taking you to the ground floor. For members of the university, there are parking lots to both sides of the building. Visitors can use the parking lot on Pilgrimstein.

Opening Hours of the Service Center (for matters of course and participant administration)

The service centre will be closed for the Christmas break from 23 December 2025 to 9 January 2026. We will reopen on 12 January 2026

The office will be closed for the Christmas break from 20 December 2025 to 9 January 2026. We will reopen on 12 January 2026

The administration office is open from mondy til friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
