MARA is a university-wide institution spanning all disciplines and faculties that bundles the offers for the promotion of junior scholars.

We accompany and support scholars from the decision for a doctorate to the establishment in the academic but also non-academic context. In doing so, we take into account the different paths in scientific careers and professional development. We promote the exchange of scientists across disciplinary boundaries and status groups.
