One of the greatest challenges for scientists is to obtain third-party funding: From the idea to a successful research project―the training program "Designing and Managing Research Projects" (EMF) accompanies this path. EMF offers you a wide range of additional qualifications in the field of third-party-funded projects.

During this informational event you will learn about the objectives and the process of the certificate program "Designing and Managing Research Projects" (EMF) and  its modules project development and project application, project management, presentation of research projects and transfer.

Dr. Christine Berger is coordinator of the Program for Postdocs of the MArburg University Research Academy (MARA). Since 2015, she advises doctoral candidates and postdocs on issues of third-party funding acquisition and career planning. She coordinates the EMF certificate program in Marburg. Since 2022, she is also active for the tenure track professors and junior research group leaders within the Young Faculty Network of Philipps-Universität Marburg.

Requirements

To participate in the online course you need a PC/laptop with a current browser (recommended: Chrome or Firefox) as well as a headset (or speakers and microphone), a webcam plus a stable internet connection.
