EMF – Application for EU Funding – In-person event

If you are a postdoc, you may be eligible to apply for a Marie Curie Individual Fellowship (MSCA IF) or an European Research Council (ERC) Starting Grant.

Based on input from the Marburg University EU Liaison Officer, this workshop addresses the following questions: What are the eligibility criteria, budgets and application deadlines? How does the proposal look like? What are the evaluation criteria?

This workshop is divided into the parts:

• You get an overview on Horizon Europe.
• Marie Curie Individual Fellowships and European Research Council Starting Grants are presented.

Individualized advising/appointment making for potential follow-up is possible.

Qualification Outcomes

After the workshop, you will be able to

• Elucidate the application requirements, offerings and deadlines for the program Horizon Europe, as well as Marie Curie Individual Fellowships and European Research Council Starting Grants.
• Explain which of these two grant types is the right one for you.
