15.02.2023 The Collaborative Research Center "Dynamics of Security" welcomes visiting fellow Matthew Gordon

From February 15th 2023, Dr. Matthew Gordon will conduct research for six months in close collaboration with subproject B05 "Securitization and Desecuritization in International Trusteeship Administrations" (headed by Prof. Dr. Thorsten Bonacker) at the University of Marburg. Matthew Gordon recently completed his PhD at SOAS University of London with a thesis on "The Somaliland Social Covenant. An Experiment in Non-State Coexistence." At the Collaborative Research Center "Dynamics of Security," he will deepen his research on the historical evolution of Somaliland's domestic security architecture in light of global epochal changes.
