Philipp Lottholz, Fellow at the Collaborative Research Center 138, has published a new post on the openDemocracy blog. In his article "Towards a post-liberal research agenda in Eurasia. Why researchers need to move beyond liberal assumptions about authoritarianism in Central Asia" he opens up new perspectives on authoritarian regimes in Central Asia.
