The programme Intercultural Business Studies / Interkulturelle Betriebswirtschaftslehre is an internationally and interculturally oriented Master's programme that combines an in-depth education in business with the teaching of intercultural, interdisciplinary and linguistic skills, thereby providing graduates with the best possible preparation for the challenges of a global labour market. The specialisation in one of the key competences "Accounting and Finance", "Market-oriented Corporate Management" and "Information and Innovation Management" also allows the programme to be individually tailored and a personal profile to be formed.

Objectives

Successful graduates can pursue a career as a specialist or manager in international companies and institutions with an intercultural focus, in the fields of industry, commerce and services, as well as in the public sector and in associations.
