Visa

For legally valid information please check with the German embassy or consulate in your country.

Rule of thumb: Citizens of the US, Canada, Australia, Israel, Japan, South Korea and New Zealand can enter Germany as a tourist, i.e. with only their passport. This tourist visa is valid for 90 days.

This should be kept in mind if travels are planned before or after our program.
Insurance

Health Insurance

Health insurance is included in the program fee. It covers medical and dental treatment as well as liability insurance. Participants are covered during program dates. We recommend buying insurance for travel times before and after the program.

If there is still room, just in case: a plate, silverware, cup, bowl, kitchen towel and dishwashing sponge. These items can, of course, also be purchased inexpensively in Marburg.
