Fundings for promising projects of recently tenured professors

Peter Kolb and Lennart Randau convinced the VolkswagenStiftung with their application for projects about drug discovery and finding the genetical structure and evolution of small proteins. Congratulations to both!

Lennart is the PI of GRK2937's Project 7, and he had applied with research into de novo sequences driving the co-evolution of bacteria and viruses. This German article provides a deeper insight into the projects.
