S03 provides overarching methods development and serves as the data analytic hub of the SFB/TRR 393, providing state-of-the-art machine learning and Digital Twin modelling capabilities for all projects. This hybrid strategy combining advanced machine learning and theory-driven modelling allows us to integrate the massive amount of data produced by the consortium – from animal models to patient symptom dynamics – and enables us to model and evaluate interventions in-silico to optimize translation from bench to bedside.
