Workshop description

Are you supervising theses in psychology or preparing to do so? Would you like to reflect on your role as a supervisor, plan the supervision process, develop helpful strategies for supervision meetings and gain more confidence in the grading of theses? In this workshop, you will deal with these and other relevant questions from the field of “Supervising and grading theses” and discuss them with your peers and the workshop leader. Among other things, you will deal with your own role conceptions and attitudes in the supervision and grading of theses, get to know a schematic process for supervision and discuss various guidelines, forms and tips for supervising theses that exist in the department.

This workshop will be held in English!

Intended learning outcomes

After attending the workshop you will be able to ...

• reflect on your role and attitude in the supervision of theses,

• name and apply assessment criteria for theses.
